I am Working since 1992 as a Nutritionist, I am Sara Anderson, a dedicated and knowledgeable nutritionist passionate about promoting health and well-being through optimal nutrition. With more than 15 years of experience in the field, I have helped countless individuals achieve their wellness goals through personalized dietary guidance. I hold several degrees and certificates in Nutrition and Dietetics from University and training centers  equipping me with a solid understanding of human physiology and the impact of nutrition on overall health.

 With a compassionate and supportive approach, I strive to educate and motivate individuals to make positive changes in their eating habits. I stay updated on the latest research and continuously expand my knowledge to deliver the most effective strategies.
